How Imperion works

Record a short voice note after a meeting. Imperion turns it into a contact record: who you met, what was said, your follow-ups, and prep for next time. No forms, no typing.

Imperion doesn't record meetings. It only saves the note you choose to speak afterward.

Common questions

My recording didn't turn into a note

Make sure you spoke for a few seconds and that the app has microphone access (iPhone Settings, Privacy and Security, Microphone, Imperion). Then try again somewhere quieter. If a note still won't build, email us with the rough time it happened and we'll look into it.

Microphone permission

Imperion needs the microphone to capture your voice note. You can turn it on in iPhone Settings, Privacy and Security, Microphone.

Reminders and notifications

Imperion can remind you about follow-ups and contacts you haven't touched in a while. Turn notifications on in iPhone Settings, Notifications, Imperion.

Managing or cancelling your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. To view, change, or cancel: open iPhone Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then choose Imperion. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the period ends.

Restoring a purchase

New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases to bring your subscription back.

Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account and all its data in the app: open your profile and tap Delete Account. This removes your contacts and sign-in record from our servers, and it's permanent. Your voice recordings aren't kept at all, each one is deleted right after it's turned into text.

Signing in

Imperion supports email, Google, and Apple sign-in. If you're stuck, email us and tell us which method you used.
